Found directly via HMRC's online Business Tax Account tonight: 3791 21857. Note this is separate from the physical activation code needed to unlock online CT access (still needs the posted letter, or a phone call to HMRC to confirm status directly) — but the UTR itself no longer needs waiting for.

Support ticket #00227174 open with Intuit. Their first rejection reason was elaborated on and a specific follow-up sent tonight (explaining Dan is a solo founder without retained legal counsel, but has genuinely implemented UK-specific compliance himself: ICO registration, UK GDPR-compliant privacy policy/terms, Article 30 Record of Processing, Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling-off notice). Awaiting Intuit's next response.
